Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. 

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays. The Crystal Cat is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Crystal Cat is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office.
